2. We need volunteers to serve on committees and help with different events and happenings associated with the school. Please let us know how you can help. Check as many opportunities as you want (number your preferences, if more than one).
P.I.P. Coordinator
• collect and maintain a tally of each families hours
P.T.A. Coordinator
• schedule monthly meetings; hospitality; organize emergency phone tree
• communicate teacher needs; parent-volunteer coordinator
• organize teacher appreciation day (third Thursday of each month)
Athletic Director
Coaches/Assistant Coaches for boys' and girls' soccer
• schedule boys' and girls' soccer games
• order uniforms
• sports budget
• attend annual meeting of league (if possible)
• most of this is already done for this fall, so his job would kick-in next spring
A's Days
• assist headmaster w/weekly preparation of A's Days
Bulletin
• assist headmaster w/quarterly preparation of school newsletter
Cleaning
• take a rotation for cleaning the school building
Special Events
• a variety of roles are needed to carry out successfully the various special events we have throughout the year, presently, these include:
• fall fundraiser (Readers Digest /wrapping paper sale)
• lower school Christmas program
• winter drama production
• dinner concert
• spring fundraiser (i.e. cookie dough sale)
• lower school track & field event
• last day festivities
Grounds
• help maintain school grounds/soccer field
Bookkeeping

Accountant
Hot Lunch Program
Teaching Aids
• reading with student groups
• specialty classes (P.E., Art, etc.)
Alumni Coordinator
• work w/bulletin staff and collect alumni news and photos
• think of ways to keep our old students connected
• someone with a natural connection to one or more alumnus would help

Parent-Volunteer Coordinator
Drivers to School Events
• field trips / soccer games
Community Service Coord.
• finding monthly projects for the students to serve others
• helping chaperone these events

• help with voice; pianist
